Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 12g fresh root ginger, peeled weight
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200g peas
- 200g firm tofu, cut into cubes
- Handful chopped fresh coriander leaves
Ingredients (pantry items)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/5 tbsp cumin seeds
- 8 black peppercorns
- 3 cloves
- 5 cm cinnamon stick
- 1 large bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp chilli powder, or to taste
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- Salt
- 100ml milk
