Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp thai red curry paste
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- Small bunch coriander, roughly chopped
- Little gem or cos lettuce, to serve
- 1 green apple, cored and cut into match sticks
- 2.5cm root ginger, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 1/4 lime, juiced

- Olive oil, for frying
- Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
