This recipe is the Speedy Gonzales of pizzas, because you don’t need to make your own pizza dough and wait ages for it to rise! Choose any toppings you like – I’ve chosen margherita, as it’s a true Italian classic.
Ingredients & quantities (Included in delivery)
- 2 mini pita bread
- 60g tomato paste
- 80g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp firmly packed basil leaves
