Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 small lemon, zested, plus the cheeks of 2 lemons
- 4 veal schnitzels
- 650g evenly sized floury potatoes, washed, such as pontiac, sebago or king edward
- 400g frozen peas
